Annie Desmond

Hello there.  My name is Annie Desmond and I am proud to be a NYC tour guide.  I live in Manhattan in the fabulous upper west side.  I have a deep passion for this great city and guiding has become my life.  I am a true New Yorker.  I have a diverse background in finance and the arts.  As a guide with an comedic acting background I believe tours should be engaging, informative and most of all entertaining.  I once had a teacher write a review of my Wall St tour and she said, "annie is a great teacher. She teaches you while you don't even realize you are being taught with her animated stories".  Much of my work is private tours with families from all over the world.  Also I do bus tours with big groups and of course walking tours of our different neighborhoods.    After one of those tours a tourist on the bus said, " Now I don't have to see a broadway show..thank you annie".  When I tour with a group or a family (I am great with kids) my goal is to give them an outrageous  New York experience they will never forget.  Come tour with me!!
